Full Job Description

  • Licensing Support: forge good relationships with our licensing agents and licensing partners around the world, sharing information such as weekly retail results, brand and licensing updates, collating the latest retail listings of branded product, overview of retail activations and assisting with queries.
  • Monitoring industries updates (entertainment & licensing) including activities from competitors. Support the team with creating best-in-class decks with up-to-date brand information for pitches and presentations.
  • Contract Administration: working with the licensing team and legal executive, sent out deal memos and contracts, coordinate updates and changes, and ensure they are executed in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Support: follow up outstanding royalty statements and payments from partners and resolve any product listing errors on internal systems. Chasing and looking after the outstanding debtors list. Manage the customs and whitelisting process for clients, Assist clients with Mediabox onboarding and technical issues
  • Administrative Support: provide diary and travel management to the licensing team, assist the marketing team on logistics during trade shows & big events preparation, help update presentations, provide administration assistance at UK tradeshows and other ad hoc support the licensing team may need., As a media company, producer and distributor of content, the CANAL+ Group has a special responsibility.   • You are bilingual in English.
  • You have 1+ years' experience of success in similar role.
  • You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact well with a variety of work groups.
  • You are self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You can handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint and social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn...).
