Full Job Description

In return we will provide successful candidates with comprehensive Job Evaluator Training. Training will consist of:

  • 2 weeks face to face theoretical training on the NJC scheme and the use of Gauge+
  • 10 weeks mentor support and development (hybrid work)
  • Successful applicants will be expected to work from Council House in Birmingham 3 days a week, this is to ensure consistency of evaluation across the evaluating team.   • Have knowledge of the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme (desirable) Gauge+ or are trained in a different scheme
