Join our Security team and experience bringing intelligent technology and advanced threat expertise to organisations that form the UK's Critical National Infrastructure, this specialist team helps to simplify their day-to-day cyber security operations, enabling their own people to focus on their bigger strategic priorities. Security Clearance: This position requires the person to maintain Customer Confidentiality and to be eligible or hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance What You'll Do

  • Design, build and run of UC solutions, encompassing strategic growth, capacity management and optimisation.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation in line with department standards and good practice.
  • Provide expert technical support to department and customers.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement to processes, devise and implement corrective actions where problems arise.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates including provisioning and deployment

    Technical knowledge of the following on premises solutions: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Unity Connection.
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (Routing & Switching, QoS, Firewalls)
  • Good communication and influencing skills to develop strong and effective relationships externally and internally.
  • Designing, delivering and maintaining stable systems to deliver services and allow concepts to be tested prior to release and deployment
