What the role involves: + Undertaking filing and photocopying where required. + General postal duties e.g. incoming and outgoing post. + General reception duties. + Typing up general notes and documents. + Provide general information as required. + Shredding documents + Help with specific tasks related to this service such as putting together information packs. In addition to a DBS check (free for you as a volunteer), the recruitment process for this role will include two relevant references and a health screen. You will also undertake a training induction as well as on-going training which is essential to the role. No previous experience is required for this role; a caring approach and good interpersonal skills are far more important.
