Our Facilities team within our hospitals is crucial to ensure we are an efficient and smooth running service, this role will help us to do this . If you want to gain experience, improve your job prospects, or just want to give some of your time to help others, this volunteering role could be for you!, This is a very interesting volunteering opportunity supporting our Catering Team We are looking for friendly, approachable and enthusiastic individuals who are able to give their time. Whether you want to gain experience, improve your job prospects or just want to give some of your time to help others, volunteering could be for you! What the role involves: + Undertaking filing and photocopying where required. + General postal duties e.g. incoming and outgoing post. + General reception duties. + Typing up general notes and documents. + Provide general information as required. + Shredding documents + Help with specific tasks related to this service such as putting together information packs. In addition to a DBS check (free for you as a volunteer), the recruitment process for this role will include two relevant references and a health screen. You will also undertake a training induction as well as on-going training which is essential to the role. No previous experience is required for this role; a caring approach and good interpersonal skills are far more important.
