- Lead and manage the inpatient rehabilitation ward, ensuring person-centred care is at the forefront of all activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Take ownership of the ward's clinical and operational performance, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing and budgets, to maintain a high standard of service.
- Support service development initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and improvement of the rehabilitation programme.
- Provide training, development, and supervision to junior staff and students.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with: - A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date registration.
- Proven leadership and clinical management experience within a healthcare setting.
- A passion for rehabilitation and delivering person-centred care.
- Experience in managing teams, resources, and service development (essential).
- Experience in inpatient mental health settings (desirable but not essential).
