Ward Receptionist

Join our team in a dynamic front-of-house position where you'll collaborate closely with clinical professionals to ensure our patients receive exceptional care., You will serve as the front-of-house representative, welcoming visitors, managing entry to the ward, signing in and distributing keys to professionals, and handling telephone inquiries.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, as well as ensuring that office supplies and stationery are ordered and adequately stocked.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities are a must for interacting with colleagues, patients, and their families.

Your top priority will be meeting the needs of our service users, with a strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer care.
