Full Job Description

Printing and allocating warehouse picking orders on a daily basis Printing and diarising forward delivery / collection requests for Estate events Managing the departmental email inbox Goods-in diary management booking deliveries into the diary and ensuring goods in check sheets are prepared for booked deliveries Liaising with the Product and Inventory Control teams related to Goods In issues Daily filing of completed pick notes and communication to internal departments of any order issues Daily collation of signed delivery notes and resolving pick errors with Inventory Control SAGE accounts system management raising and receipting Purchase Order numbers Preparing key reports for Warehouse Management Assisting with stock take counts Assisting with the administration of recruiting new employees

Experience in a related field is crucial e.g warehouse, logistics IT Skills, with a strong understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel Proactive, logical and highly organised

    internal service team, known as the Estate Logistics team are an essential service for our Estate. With our various departments across the Estate placing orders to the Logistics team for anything from wine and cyder stock to maps and plates, the team receive deliveries from our suppliers, pick and pack departmental orders and deliver across the Estate. In addition they provide support logistics for Estate events and seasonal activities.
