Ensure all goods received are inspected, accurately recorded and posted into the Oracle ERP system. Ensure all goods dispatched are suitably packed, labelled and shipped. Arrange UK freight forwarders, process on JD Edwards system, check documentation and pass file to Finance for invoicing. Supervise and support goods in / dispatch operator. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Record all goods received and post to ERP system
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
• Record all shipments out and post to ERP system
• Engage Freight Forwarders for collections / deliveries
• Release, Issue and Complete Work Orders.
• Control and accurately record movement of units to and from third party paint supplier
• Prepare and send actuators to paint
• Control the paint book
• Send Documentation Packages to Customers.
• Trade Compliance User - Adhere to Trade Compliance procedures, additionally described in our Trade Compliance Procedures
  
  You have the capability to efficiently and accurately handle complex tasks. You are self motivated with a positive can-do attitude., Educated to O Level / GCSE
• Relevant experience in similar function (min 3 years)
• Forklift License
