We are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Warrington on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working on any 4 days from 7, covering the hours from 10:00 to 20:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

• For the hours worked between 10:00 and 12:00, the hourly salary is £11.54
• On weekdays, the hourly salary from 12:00 to 20:00 is £12.86
• On weekends the hourly salary for the same hours is £14.13

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment (we'll provide everything you need to stay warm and comfortable)
• Pack goods while maintaining a high standard of quality control by inspecting all products
• Follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimise warehouse operations and workflows
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and quality guidelines

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• To be happy to work in cold conditions
• A good level of physical stamina, as this is an active, hands-on role
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or freezer environment (preferred)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• A positive, safety-conscious attitude and commitment to working collaboratively
