Warehouse Production Operative (Nights)

Job Description: As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment, ensuring
the seamless operation of our Hot-Pie and Sausage production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards
of efficiency, quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating Machinery: Safely and effectively operate production line machinery to produce high-quality sausage rolls and hot pies.

Hazard Analysis: Identify and assess potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain our high standards and ensure our products are the best they can be.

Paperwork: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including production logs and quality control documents.

Critical Control Points (CCPs): Understand and monitor CCPs to ensure food safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency.

Physical Labour: Be prepared for labour-intensive work, including lifting items up to 25kg

that delight taste buds across the nation. Based at our site in Poole, Dorset we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join
our savoury squad as Production Operative's. If you've got a knack for fast-paced food production, a keen eye for detail, and a
love for all things pastry, then you might just be the perfect filling for our team!, Previous experience in a similar role within food production is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Be able to change over the machinery during product change-overs on the production lines

Record and check product samples correctly

Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Understanding of hazard analysis and critical control points (CCPs).

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Basic paperwork and record-keeping skills.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
