Full Job Description
We have a fantastic, new opportunity for a Warehouse Systems Coordinator to join our Princes Gate production facility in Pembrokeshire. The Princes Gate brand is now part of the Nestle Waters business. A day in the life of a Warehouse Systems Coordinator
- Work as a team to achieve logistics goals by performing administrative tasks.
- Manage the arrival and departure times of drivers.
- Ensure the team of FLT drivers are unloading, storing and loading goods correctly and completing paperwork.
- Use GLOBE SAP WM system to create picking orders and manage workflow for trucks.
- Communicate with DOT and Supply Chain on timeliness and availability.
- Generate reports, manage risks, and improve efficiency.
- Process returns and coordinate with Inventory Controller.
- Maintain good communication with hauliers and keep warehouse clean.
- Promote a safe working environment
Proven administration and organisational skills - Self-motivated, consistently applies energy and enthusiasm to the job.
- Sound judgment and able to make decisions.
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a demanding production environment.
- Applies a "can do" attitude and challenges and supports the team to do the same.
- Maintains effective working relationships with all team members.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Warehousing stock and scanning systems beneficial
