Warehouse Team Leader

The Goods In for Cytiva is responsible for supporting a team of Goods in and Materials Handlers as well as responsibility for the health and safety of the Warehouse as well as developing and driving DBS within the team. This position is part of the wider Supply Chain Team located in Newquay and will be fully based on site At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do:

• Lead and develop and a team of associates to ensure KPI's are met and sustained for operational support.
• Lead Daily Management for your team, ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and challenge as required
• Work closely with the Supply Chain to ensure priorities are met
  
  Team player with previous supervisory experience preferred
• Has accountability for both own and Team actions and is willing to challenge the status quo
• Knowledge of warehousing operations and drive toward continuous improvement
