Warehouse Team Leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all processes are accurately followed. Your role will include managing a team of approx. 25 warehouse operatives. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing that all available products are despatched on time and in full, minimising damage, and documenting and communicating any issues promptly. Lead by Example: Our team leaders are expected to embody Allied Bakeries' values and behaviours, driving high performance through their leadership. Role Breakdown:

• 25% Computer-Based Tasks: Focus on essential tasks such as monitoring performance and KPI's.
• 75% Supervisory Capacity: Be on the shop floor, leading and guiding the team to ensure KPIs are fulfilled.

• 2+ years' experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
• 1+ years' experience in a team leader role or equivalent
• PC literate with working ability in warehouse management system/excel
• Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately
• A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
• Excellent time keeping and organisation
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
