Full Job Description
We are looking for a talented Warranty Administrator to join our team specialising in Logistics for our Global Parts Department in Daventry, United Kingdom . This is a permanent, part-time position with working hours from Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 4pm. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Quality Assurance: Compare the physical characteristics of components and products to technical specifications to help identify defects and ensure high-quality standards.
- Testing and Reporting: Conduct simple tests and prepare technical reports to provide valuable data, improving product reliability and packaging quality.
- Efficient Warehouse Operations: Follow established procedures to receive, handle, store, and dispatch goods to optimise warehouse space and improve overall efficiency.
- Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Adhere to HSE standards by using appropriate personal protective equipment to contribute to a safer work environment and minimise environmental impact.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials to help maintain product integrity and reduce costs associated with defects.
- Timely Delivery: Accurately sort, label, and dispatch goods, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and participate in training and improvement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Flexibility and Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area, perform routine maintenance tasks, and be flexible to take on miscellaneous duties to support overall business goals and operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Administration experience is required. - A background in warehousing and basic understanding of engine parts is required.
- Warranty experience is beneficial.
- Full training to operating a forklift to move inventory will be provided.
