Gateshead Council is seeking to appoint a number of Refuse and Recycling Operatives to join the Waste and Technical team. The role involves undertaking refuse and recycling collections labourer across the borough of Gateshead.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills in line with the requirement of the role.
• Good physical fitness
• Experience of working in a customer focused service.
• Experience of working in an operational environment.
• Experience of refuse and recycling services.
• Demonstrable experience of being committed and passionate about service delivery.
• Demonstrable experience of flexibility adaptiveness to work.
  
  This is a four day service working Tuesday to Friday 7:30 - 17:15.
