Full Job Description
This established and highly successful Group is now seeking to appoint an experienced Website/Digital Manager to manage their Internal Design and Marketing Team.
This is a key role within the business, and the successful Website/Digital Manager will become part of the Leadership team.You will take responsibility for creating/communicating and implementing a strategy that grows sales and profit for the company website and drives more customers into branches.You will also identify ways to further increase brand awareness.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
·Managing creative content, design and producing of adverts and marketing material (On and Offline)
·Working with an external Agency to schedule and plan website development and maintenance in line with current strategy.
·Improve quality and traffic acquisition.
·Research market to discover new trends and technologies to improve digital performance.
·Analyse data to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
·Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
·Shaping and delivering the ecommerce strategy to drive on/off-line traffic and sales and improve the customer experience.
·Managing the customer database and communication using various channels, including email, post, SMS.
·You may also be called up on to supervise/manage the team.
·Prior experience in a similar managerial/supervisory role.
·Digital, Ecommerce, Business or similar qualification/degree (beneficial).
·Providing insight to optimise product and price point mix across a wide catalogue of products.
·Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
·Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
·Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
·Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
·Highly commercial with an analytical mind-set.
·A hands-on approach and attitude to get things done.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in relevant reporting tools including Google Analytics.
·Experience/upstanding of Meta.
·Understanding and experience in, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator (Advantageous, not essential).
·Knowledge and understanding of photography and videography concepts (useful).
·You must be presently living in the United Kingdom and be able to commute to the company's premises in Oldbury Monday to Friday - Hybrid/Remote working is not an option.
