Full Job Description
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' condition, and supporting the preparation of supplies for activities. You should have effective communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, and experience working with them in a residential setting.
