The post holder will be responsible for delivering holistic, person-centered support to individuals receiving palliative care under the care of Saint Catherine's. Working within the multidisciplinary team, they will provide personal care, emotional support, and therapeutic activities that enhance well-being and quality of life.

This role will involve working autonomously and as part of a team, engaging patients in wellbeing services, facilitating targeted therapeutic interventions, and managing the bathing service to promote relaxation and dignity in care., Please see the attached documentation for a full and comprehensive job description and person specification.
