You'll need to...

· motivate and inspire learners

· manage your own caseload, track learner progress and ensure that learners get qualified in good time

· teaching, supporting and mentoring future Early Years Professionals

· delivering high-quality work-based qualifications, including apprenticeships

· providing ongoing assessment and feedback to learners
