Full Job Description
This role is instrumental in supporting the development and delivery of workforce reporting provision for the Trust, ensuring that managers and clinicians have the information that they require to deliver key performance targets to support our staff to provide the best care possible to our patients., We will support you with full in house training from our dynamic and friendly team, providing you with the tools you need to succeed.If you love to be busy and make a difference behind the scenes to support the Organisations decisions, then join us in aligning our workforce with our business goals. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide managers and clinicians across the Trust withregular workforce related reporting supporting the maintenance and improvement of workforce key performance indicators.
- Ensureprocedure documentsare updated regularly in line with current practice and ways of working.
- Responsible for collating information from various teams in preparation for regular reporting.
- Responsible for the co-ordination, delegation, and collation of responses to workforce related Freedom of Information requests.
- Monitorthe team group mailbox, answering ad hoc queriesand delegating/escalatingtasks where appropriate.
- To manage access to the Workforce Insights PowerBI app and to deliver training on our dashboards on a 1-1 or small group basis and reviewing and updating user guides, as necessary.
- Update data oninformation systems to improve the quality and integrity ofour reports.
- Develop skills in new technologies to support the team in improvingand automatingour current and future processes.
