Workforce Insight Analyst - Deeside

As a pivotal member of the Workforce Management (WFM) team, the Workforce Insight Analyst plays a crucial role in our dynamic, people-centric family business. In this role, you will be encouraged to infuse innovation and fresh perspectives into various aspects of retail, workforce, HR, and financial insight reporting. Initially, you will focus on providing descriptive and diagnostic insights. • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports while maintaining high standards of quality., Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficient in handling large datasets, data modelling, data manipulation, and data visualization, including the creation of dashboards.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, encompassing data manipulation techniques such as VBA and Macros.
• SQL Competency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Visualization Tools: Experienced in using visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Desirable:
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical roles, particularly within retail, workforce management, resource planning, or forecasting, with a strong emphasis on deriving insights from data analysis.
• Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with additional programming languages, including JavaScript and Python.
