Full Job Description

Your role as workshop Administrator is about supporting our customer to deliver on their business promises, your aim is ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. With an ever-changing workload, our workshop is equipped with the latest technology along with technician's knowledge, it is a bustling exciting place to be.

  • Open and close internal job cards for the vehicle technicians
  • Ordering of parts for internal repairs
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers the likes of DAF, Mercedes, Scania, Renault to follow up on invoicing
  • Place orders for parts ensuring they are accurate, delivered on time and checked
  • Providing customer support on fleet system queries and workflows
  • Deal with incoming emails and telephone calls in a timely manner, keeping the customer informed
  • Cover and help out colleagues if and when required
  • Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices and deal with any purchasing queries that may arise
  • Maintain fleet computerised system including inputting data and keeping records

    Ideally, have fleet/administration/Workshop background
  • Strong attention to detail, being able to multitask
  • Good organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communications
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets
