Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with the Senior Content Manager, the Graphic Designer, and the Social Media Manager to produce engaging multimedia content, such as infographics and videos. You'll also contribute to impactful case studies for the NICE website, showcasing real-world outcomes. You'll ensure all content is meticulously planned, written to the highest standard, and delivered on time while maintaining NICE's brand and tone of voice. Working across departments, you'll align content with broader communications and strategic priorities and build strong relationships with colleagues. Additionally, you'll partner with the web team to create fresh, engaging content for the NICE website, ensuring compliance with government digital accessibility standards. You'll evaluate content success and refine strategies using the Government Communication Service Evaluation Framework, keeping content timely, relevant, and impactful.
