At Pathway 42, we support homeless young people between the age of 16-25. The main aim of our service is to support young people to develop tenancy skills needed to live independently, by providing a safe and secure environment. The team consists of customer support coordinator's, night service coordinators and managers. You will also work closely with colleagues who sit within the wider group companies. Your duties will include:

  • Completing training both mandatory and optional to support self-development, compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety.
  • You will be responsible for effective generation of documents and record keeping, ensuring the service is properly defined and all associated documentation are communicated effectively to colleagues and customers.
  • Supporting with our offer to young people via fundraising and customer involvement projects.
  • Coordination of the service including leading on compliance and health and safety of building
  • Managing effective running of building/scheme and supporting colleagues delivering support
  • To guide and support you in your role, we all have policies and procedures, to follow and adhere to, with continuous reviewing of each policy during your working week. You will work 5 days covering Monday to Sunday, on a 4-week rolling rota.     You should have prior experience working with young people. A valid full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential, as the role involves traveling to various locations. Strong computer skills are required, along with a solid understanding of administrative tasks like record-keeping and filing. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to work both independently (this role involves lone working) and collaboratively in a team setting, while maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach, is crucial.
