Plymouth House is a new accommodation opportunity providing a safe space home for young people to develop trusted relationships with trained and experienced Youth Coaches who are able to listen well and respond accordingly. Our supported accommodation is a place where services come together, with a person-centred focus, to respond to young people in the community in a place they love to call home.

You will have the skills to build relationships of trust and understanding, whilst responding to a young person's needs through a trauma-informed lens. Supporting them to make decisions, have their voice heard to build their own plan and engage successfully with employment, education and meaningful occupation opportunities.

You will also be the Line Manager for the Youth Coach team of supported accommodation workers. The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the supported accommodation service.
