Full Job Description
The post holder will have the opportunity to work across sites with other education fellows. All fellows joining our team will be invited to join our Education Forum where fellows have access to a structured development programme. All our fellows are encouraged to undertake a PG Cert in Education. For those who already have this there will be an opportunity to undertake ILM3 (Leadership & Management Course). Funding will be available towards supporting this.
This post will be based at The Royal London site and would be suitable for a neonatal specialist or paediatrician with a neonatal specialist interest who would be based within the tertiary neonatal service and/or neonatal transport service
This hospital is part of Barts NHS Trust and they will be encouraged to work on collaborative projects.
The successful post holder for this post will be involved primarily with developing educational opportunities within Neonatology through a wide range of teaching modalities including simulation- based training, clinical skills, lectures, teaching clinics, a bedside teaching to both undergraduate and post graduate medical trainees.
