Full Job Description
As Employment Officer you will be part of a growing team making a real difference to people's lives. We are looking for passionate, and committed individuals who are able to engage with residents in addition to working in partnership with Parent/Carers, and Businesses that support young people such as Careers Guidance, Leaving Care Team, JCP and our post 16 education providers.
A passionate and tenacious individual who is positive about inclusion for all in the workplace, you will work with residents and businesses to foster positive working relationships and achieve paid employment outcomes.
You will have a strong knowledge of Supported Employment & Training in Systematic Instruction.
Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times., Our employees' skills, experience and knowledge are essential to our success along with their happiness, wellbeing, commitment, enthusiasm and motivation to be the best they can be.
This position is subject to Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure Procedures. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults and expect all staff to share this commitment.
This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English.
