As part of your role, you will progress learners towards positive outcomes, such as increased confidence and resilience, improving mental and physical health, and progressing learners towards further learning. You will help develop the learners' knowledge and understanding of English, maths and digital skills in the context of your specialism and provide opportunities to further enrich the learning experience inside and outside of the classroom.
You will work closely with internal and external partners, including schools, parents and employers to increase learner participation, engagement and progress.
We believe in developing our team to be the best we can be. In addition to our corporate induction, you will have opportunities to develop your career further with full access to training, e-learning and regular staff development days.
