Full Job Description

We're looking for Bank Support Workers to work with us in Kesgrave, Ipswich where we have 2 services, supporting adults with complex needs and moderate learning disabilities. Both services are located close to each other, and we may ask you to work across both. We are also looking for drivers so the people we support can access the local community and community links. No two days are the same, but your day might look like this!

  • Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
  • Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
  • Supporting the management of our people's finances.
  • Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
  • Providing, and encouraging, personal care.

  • Female Relief Support Worker

  • £11.44 - £11.50 per hour, depending on shifts
  • Shift patterns: 8am - 3pm, 3pm-10pm and sleep ins
  • Full UK Manual Driving license is essential and must be willing to drive service vehicle, Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
