We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Learning Support Teacher to join our team of exceptional educators. Could that be you? About the Role Contract Type: Part-time (0.80 FTE) or Full Time both considered Salary: Dependent on experience Start Date: September 2025 Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to pupils with specific learning needs, with a particular focus on Dyslexia.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to determine the appropriate level of support and the specific needs of each pupil.
  • Assessing/ screening pupils either with or suspected of having Specific Learning Difficulties.
  • Tracking the progress of pupils in literacy and social and emotional development.
  • We are looking for someone who has:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties, especially those with dyslexia.
  • Excellent communication and critical reflective skills, understanding the importance of listening.
  • A Level 5 essential and/or Level 7 Dip SpLD.is an advantage.
  • Able to relate well to children and to recognise and respond to their varying educational and pastoral needs.
  • Reliable and flexible and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
