Full Job Description
We are seeking an Events Operations (Venue) Co-Ordinator to work closely with our Events Operations (Venue) Manager and on-site Events and Facilities teams. The role involves ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external clients from initial enquiry through to event delivery.
Key tasks include responding to event enquiries, coordinating with the in-house catering team for event details, maintaining the external events CRM database, issuing invoices and purchase orders, and supporting income generation from external events. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, precise attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. Flexibility and a collaborative approach are essential to uphold the College's values and ensure a positive environment for all staff.
