- 28 days holiday pro-rata
- Employee Assistance Programme - offering support and advice to all our team when they need it most.
- Workplace Pension (subject to conditions)
- Uniform and Full PPE for all staff to protect staff and clients.
- Rewarding work that allows you to have a meaningful impact on others., If this sounds appealing to you, and you fancy joining a company that has been caring for people of all ages in their own homes for over 35 years, as well as being recognised as a Top 20 Recommended Home Care Group in the UK for 2023 by homecare.co.uk, what are you waiting for? Candlelight Care is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to ensuring that all job applicants are treated equally, without discrimination because of gender, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital or civil partner status or pregnancy and maternity. We therefore positively encourage applications from all suitably qualified and eligible job applicants.
- Empathetic and understanding nature, with a desire to help people.
- The ability to work well both on your own, and with others.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle - although walking/cycling routes are available in some areas, please enquire.
