Full Job Description
- To support an outdoorsy active 8-year-old boy with Autism who is nonverbal to access the community. No personal care. Main Duties: Going to the shops Pebble beaches Trips to the arcade Parks Sealife centre
- Respectful of confidentiality and privacy

- Good communication skills and social skills
- Punctual, reliable and flexible
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Understanding, adaptable and organised
- Must like dogs and cats
- Car owner with driving licence, use of own vehicle required, and business insurance essential - Mileage paid for trips out. Parking Available. Please note that this role may be subject to a DBS check, your employer may also ask for you to supply references. You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.
Please note, Compass Disability Services (Compass Independent Living Team) is a support, advisory and payroll service. We support people with a disability or long-term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community. We are not the person that you will work for. You will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.
Hours: 4 hours term time every other Saturday - between 9.00am - 5.00pm 12 hours per week school holidays - flexible - to be discussed Pay: £12.50 per hour Job Type: Part time
