Full Job Description
Rainhill High School is looking for an enthusiastic Head of KS3 Mathematics to join our high-performing team from September 2025. Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the KS3 Mathematics Team in a forward-thinking school that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.,
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the KS3 Mathematics team.
- Lead the development of a high-quality curriculum that ensures excellent student progress from KS2 to KS3 and prepare them for the demands of KS4.
- Inspire and support staff to deliver engaging, challenging, and innovative lessons.
- Use data effectively to drive improvement and ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
- Champion a culture of continuous professional development within the faculty.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Faculty: Mathematics to improve standards. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position, and we welcome applications from existing experienced leaders or successful and ambitious teachers looking for their next challenge.
