Full Job Description
Events (50%)
- Assist event planning, execution and follow-up of in-boutique, client and PR events, both as part of a wider team, and at times more autonomously.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, keeping them informed on planning and implementation of events and other initiatives.
- Coordinate all materials for the events to maximise the commercial impact and elevation of client experience.
- Ensure follow up upon event completion. PR & Media (40%)
- Daily coordination with external PR agency and logistics for shoots and coverage
- PR reporting and sharing for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate entry and assets for annual media plan as required General (10%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our boutique staff and clients.
- Coordinate, support and organise various budget elements associated to our marketing projects to ensure we have accurate spend information throughout each project.
- Collaborate closely with our HQ teams to ensure alignment and regular sharing of information relevant to the marketing and communications department.
- Coordinate and input on the overall marketing and communications department.
- Contribute to weekly marketing and communication content and planning in collaboration with the wider team.
