Full Job Description

Events (50%)

  • Assist event planning, execution and follow-up of in-boutique, client and PR events, both as part of a wider team, and at times more autonomously.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, keeping them informed on planning and implementation of events and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate all materials for the events to maximise the commercial impact and elevation of client experience.
  • Ensure follow up upon event completion.
  • PR & Media (40%)
  • Daily coordination with external PR agency and logistics for shoots and coverage
  • PR reporting and sharing for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate entry and assets for annual media plan as required
  • General (10%)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our boutique staff and clients.
  • Coordinate, support and organise various budget elements associated to our marketing projects to ensure we have accurate spend information throughout each project.
  • Collaborate closely with our HQ teams to ensure alignment and regular sharing of information relevant to the marketing and communications department.
  • Coordinate and input on the overall marketing and communications department.
  • Contribute to weekly marketing and communication content and planning in collaboration with the wider team.

    We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team. In this role you will support the Marketing & Communications team with the implementation of the consumer marketing strategy, including involvement with : events, PR, media, visual merchandising and special projects. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience across events and operations.,

  • Passion and knowledge of the luxury market

  • Willingness and ability to travel for work when needed.
  • Fluent in English
