Full Job Description
This is a key support post within the Clinical Systems Team. The post holder will be responsible for assisting the EPR Workflow Lead specifically in relation to supporting those systems under the remit of the Clinical Systems Team.,
- Management and creation of EPR accounts and related applicationsManagement of appropriate Data Collection WorkbooksProviding a support service to users of systems
- Provide Line management and support to the EPR System Support Analysts
- Providing timely and accurate access to systems
- Developing and maintaining key documentation to support processes
- Support cascade training
- General system administration duties
- Provide basic management cover for other ICT systems
- Help to support 24/7 services within the Trusts working independently on-call
