Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a successful track record in selling services to end-user clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to generate and manage proposals effectively for a diverse range of clients, with deal values ranging from £500 to £50,000. While we welcome candidates from various sectors, experience in the service industry is highly desirable.,
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including site visits and relationship-building with clients.
- Apply a structured and adaptable sales approach to meet diverse client needs effectively.
- Operate independently after receiving initial support from an operational colleague, gradually transitioning to autonomous performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
Proven success in sales, preferably within the service industry. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of proposals.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in building and maintaining a sales database.
