For an outstanding candidate, the one year graduate programme may be extended for a further year or two years. This is a residential position and the role involves assisting with duties in the boarding houses and around the College. The Successful candidate should be able to show initiative and commitment, work well with all age groups and be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
