Full Job Description
The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in delivering person-centred nursing care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, they will provide clinical support, administer medications, and lead by example to maintain high standards of care.,
- Deliver and monitor high-quality nursing and dementia care in line with best practices.
- Administer medication and manage care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Provide support and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of compassion and teamwork.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements.
A qualified Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration. - Experience in nursing home or dementia care settings is desirable but not essential.
- A caring and professional approach, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive environment.
Day Shifts | Part-Time | £21.50 per hour
