Full Job Description

Torus Foundation is looking for a welcoming and professional Receptionist to support our day-to-day operations in FireFit Youth & Community Hub. Apply now if you want to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our visitors, members, and staff! Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage sign-in procedures for customers, visitors, and contractors.
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records for bookings, venue hire, and membership accounts.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
  • Manage cash transactions, financial administration, and ordering processes.

    Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience of working in a busy office team environment undertaking administrative duties.
  • Additional Information: Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed:
  • Right to work verification
  • Qualification certificate check
  • 2x Completed references
  • OH Health Questionnaire - Fit For Work
  • DBS check (if required for role)
