We're now looking for a National Account Executive to join our dynamic Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, supporting the growth of our pet care brands across major UK retail channels. The Role As a National Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial plans across a portfolio of national retail accounts. Working closely with a National Account Manager, you'll help manage day-to-day customer relationships, coordinate promotional plans, and ensure flawless execution of account strategies. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver results that drive both category growth and brand performance. Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with key retail partners
• Manage promotional plans, track performance and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor sales, stock and forecast data to help shape commercial decisions
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time and in full
• Prepare reports, presentations and insights to support customer meetings
• Maintain a close eye on competitor activity and market trends
• Build strong relationships internally and externally, becoming a trusted point of contact for your accounts
  
  Experience in an FMCG or retail account support role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills - comfortable working with sales and forecast data
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in your approach
• Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
• Commercial mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, brand-led environment
• A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in

  Salary: Competitive
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (Hybrid working)
• Pension: Employee contributions 3% / Employer contribution 8%
