Full Job Description
The successful candidate will work directly with children and young people and their families and will be involved in Choice (assessment) and Partnership (intervention) as well as linking in with inpatient services where needed. Part of the role will involve securing strong links with partner agencies across Gwynedd and Ynys Mon and where necessary, out of area agencies.
You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, sharing our passion for innovation and continuous service improvement. This is a new role and you will have the opportunity to evolve and develop the priorities as set out within the Transition improvement steering group. You will need excellent relationship building and engagement skills.
Knowledge of both Child Mental Health Services and Adult Mental Health Services of would be advantageous. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates from other clinical specialities who can demonstrate transferable skills.
