Full Job Description
- Advert may close early if sufficient volume of applications is reached The post-holder will provide nursing leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers others. The post-holder will promote the highest standards of professionalism amongst nurses and undertake clinical work to maintain their clinical competence, authority and credibility. They will provide a highly visible and authoritative presence, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality care.Main duties of the job They will be responsible for co-ordinating care, monitoring expenditure, monitoring the quality of clinical support and environmental services and staff. They will also be accountable for the development and performance management of all nursing staff to enable delivery of the Trust's Nursing and Midwifery Strategy. They will ensure that the needs of the patient are placed at the centre of care delivery. Contribute to the corporate nursing agenda and to participate in Senior Nursing rota's as appropriate.
