Full Job Description
Working in collaboration with the Professional and clinical lead for the service, you will be supported to bring your operational and clinical skills, experience and enthusiasm to this role. You will supervise and manage others, ensuring the service responds in a timely way to meet the needs of children, young people and families. As joint lead for this pathway you will work closely with colleagues in CFHD but also colleagues from the acute trusts in across Devon and Torbay who medically support the children seen within the pathway., + To provide leadership to the integrated CFHD service ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the service.
+ Manage effective operational delivery of services in collaboration with clinical leads.
+ As an integral part of the CFHD leadership team, proactively and collaboratively driving the overall service strategy, objectives, vision and ambitions and taking a lead role in transformational change and continuous service improvement.

Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is continuing to develop and refine an innovative, integrated model of children's community services and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to operationally lead our Speech and Language and Communication pathway with a focus on early intervention and support.
This role is 22.5 hrs a week (0.6WTE) across Devon and Torbay (excluding Plymouth) with bases available in Exeter, North & South Devon and Torbay. You will want to be on site with your team for some of the time, however we can support some remote working as part of your job plan.
