Candidates will be assessed on their understanding and experience of managing large organisations, value-alignment to Aldridge Education and dedication to making a positive difference within the education sector through the Aldridge Advantage.
Aldridge Education is a national multi-academy trust operating across London, South East and the North West. Our trust consists of eight schools and one adult education provider, serving over 5,000 students. An additional school will be joining the Trust on April 1st. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone receives a high-quality education and are driven by our mission to provide everyone with the Aldridge Advantage. The Aldridge Advantage consists of curriculum and culture, levelling the playing field, closing the gap, Aldridge Enterprise and benefitting our communities. These are the ambitions that drive what we do. We recognise that not everyone starts with the same opportunities in life, and we firmly believe that every student should have the opportunity to excel, regardless of their background. We believe that education should empower individuals and equip them with the skills, resilience and enterprising mindset to succeed in the future.
