Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing and dynamic small animal practice!
This practice is looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to become part of their friendly and highly skilled team.
About the Practice
The surgery is purpose-built, spacious, and air-conditioned, boasting state-of-the-art equipment such as digital X-ray, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and in-house laboratory facilities.
The practice is led by an experienced partner, supported by a talented team of 5 Vets, 5 Nurses, and 4 receptionists.
About You

What's On Offer
- Competitive salary up to £72,000 (dependent on experience/full-time equivalent)
- 1 in 4 Saturday rota, with no Sundays and no out-of-hours (OOH) work
- Generous CPD allowance with funding towards certificates
- 5.6 weeks initial holiday, rising to 6.6 weeks after 2 years of service
- An additional day off for your birthday
- Contributory pension scheme
- In-house career development opportunities
- Paid membership fees (RCVS, BVA, VDS)
- Funded sponsorship visas (plus relocation allowance)
- Access to wellbeing support and pastoral care through the reward hub
- Cycle to work scheme
- 20% discount
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated, fun, and supportive team while developing your career and specialisms in a well-equipped, progressive practice.
