Palo Alto Networks is scaling its business strategy organization and looking for its next senior leader. Your work as a Strategy Lead will directly and visibly contribute to our overall strategy and success in EMEA and globally. You will work as part of a case team and work directly with the senior leaders in the organization to solve complex strategy problems that are on top-of-mind for our executives.,

• Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis, and deliver recommendations
• Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock value
• Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables (GSlide, GSheet, PPT, Word, etc.) for executive-level consumption
• Support strategy/business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organization
• Drive change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management, and execution) to do what it takes to "move the needle"
• Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members, both on the team and in the teams of our key stakeholders, and take personal interest in their growth in the organization
  
  3+ years relevant work experience post MBA with at least 2 years in management consulting (Bain, McKinsey BCG, etc.), private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or "bizops" functions (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc)
• MBA graduate from a top-tier B-school or similar academic credentials, or "direct promote" in Consulting or equivalent military experience required
• Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
• Experience in building relationships and leading through influence
• Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations
• Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
• Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is strongly preferred; knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required
