Full Job Description
- Develop durable customer relations across all levels of decision makers and influencers.
- Gain knowledge of the industry, our products and our tools to become the go to coating advisor for your customers.
- Identify, support and drive innovation from and to the market that enhances our customers' sustainability and productivity.
- Sell our products and services to new and existing customers.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
- Plan and lead impactful visits to customers.
- Prepare key account plans and maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Proven (technical) sales experience in a similar position. - Work on fast pace global business-to-business environment (Essential).
