We are currently looking for friendly Breakfast & Afternoon Tea Waiting Staff to join our restaurant team and drive the daily operations of Hartnett Holder & Co, our restaurant within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.

Hartnett Holder & Co. restaurant has a different approach to hospitality - fine dining has been thrown out and replaced with a fun dining experience which includes seasonal, locally sourced, and fresh British food with an Italian twist. There is no need for a suit and tie here! The team at Lime Wood provide the highest level of service within a relaxed environment, making our guests feel truly at home.

As Breakfast & Afternoon Tea Waiting Staff, you will be encouraged to provide a fun dining not fine dining experience to our guests by serving our seasonal menu and providing recommendations. Each day will never be the same, as well as the main restaurant, we have private dining rooms, a cookery school, and a kitchen table where our guests dine in the heart of our vibrant kitchen. You will gain exposure to all elements of this service, providing a bespoke and quality experience for all.

Experience is not required, just the passion, drive, and commitment to what we do.
