Full Job Description

General Administration: Perform tasks such as data entry and answering emails and calls.
Inhouse Software: Create and manage bookings.
Customer and Colleague Communication: Provide a friendly and helpful point of contact while maintaining a professional and polite manner.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance within the office.

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Bolton as an Administrator to support the growing demand within our business.

Customer Focused: Display excellent communication skills and a friendly approach.
Organised and Reliable: Demonstrate good timekeeping and attention to detail.
Teamwork Oriented: Value teamwork and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Computer Skills: Possess good knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills.
Experience: Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
